How did being a FLI student impact your experience navigating higher education? I realized that I didn’t know what I was doing when going to MIT. I now try hard to help my mentees and advisees (most are FLI students).

What is your favorite thing about MIT? willingness and ability to solve challenging problems

What advice would you give to students interested in engaging with your program or office? just reach out and start a discussion!

What do you do for fun outside of work/school? I walk my 5-year old Golden Retriever all over Cambridge and Boston. I still follow the US financial markets (more stocks than bonds). I am also interested in following political news. I am hoping that the Univ of Michigan college football team will do well this year. I can also discuss Fantasy Football at a much more detailed level now.
