To all sophomores (class of 2028s) – if you are considering a PhD or MD-PhD in STEM post-graduation from MIT, please join us on the social stairs Wednesday, September 17th, from 12:00-2:00 pm, to learn about Laureates and Leaders (L&L), a program run by OACES.
Applications are now open through October 8th. Students admitted to L&L in their sophomore year have networking opportunities with faculty, alumni, and graduate students through research talks and panels, along with mentoring and guidance from OACES staff members. The program also provides financial subsidies to help offset the costs of graduate school preparation, including application fees, GRE test fees, conference registration, travel to graduate schools and more. Please stop by as you are able – we will have a brief presentation and time for anyone to drop in until 2:00 pm and ask questions of OACES staff members!
