What did you study in undergrad? Business Marketing (University of Maryland, College Park) Grad school? College Student Affairs Administration (University of Georgia)

What was your favorite experience as an undergrad? I was the Student Coordinator for our first-year Orientation program – it was an awesome leadership experience that opened my eyes to a career in higher ed. Totally pivoted my career path!

What are your interests/hobbies? I love reading, going to the beach, and raising and playing with my daughter, Olivia.

What is your favorite thing about MIT? The endless opportunities and collaborative spirit! There is truly something for everyone to get involved with – regardless of how niche the interest. I love that the students, faculty, and staff all approach complex problems collaboratively.

What advice do you have for MIT students? Take the time to think critically about what you’re REALLY interested in (academically, extracurricularly, etc.), and make decisions that best support those interests. Try not to think too much about what you “should” be doing or what your peers appear to be doing – comparison is the thief of joy.

Fun fact? My favorite foods are sushi and the raspberry poptarts from Flour.
