Staff Associate I, Advising & Academic Success
The Office of Academic Community, Empowerment, and Success (OACES), housed within the Undergraduate Advising Center (UAC) at MIT, is seeking a Staff Associate I to provide comprehensive support and guidance to undergraduate students and those in the Interphase EDGE/x program. The Staff Associate I, Advising & Academic Success will provide programmatic implementation support, enhance program communications, and collaborate with campus stakeholders to improve academic support and advising initiatives for first-generation, low-income, transfer, underrepresented, and/or historically underserved students. The position will need creativity, initiative and ability to work independently, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a dedication to supporting students.
